Are Invitations fully assembled? Yes, but you are responsible for stuffing and addressing the envelopes.

Can I mix fonts? Yes. We have a large selection but you can find additional fonts at www.myfonts.com and www.veer.com for a fee.

Can I order my envelopes early? Yes, just indicate early envelope delivery

Can I use my own wording? Of course. Simply send us how you would like your invitation or announcement to read.

Can you address my envelopes? If you supply us with a spreadsheet with the necessary information we can print your address for an additional $1 per envelope. We will incorporate your fonts, designs and colors to tie the invitation and envelope together for a complete presentation

Do I have to order everything at once? No, the first order usually consists of the items that go in the invitation envelope. The second order typically consists of items needed for the ceremony and reception such as programs, escort cards, table numbers and menus. The final order may consist of thank you cards or/and at home cards.

Do you have a catalog? We do not offer a catalog as all of our work is custom designed just for you.

How much do custom invitations cost? Pricing varies for each invitation set Types of papers used, number on inserts, number of layers, printing type and embellishments all impact the price.

I don’t live near you, can you still work with me? Sure! Have a Skype account? Then it’s as good as being in North Carolina or New York.

Is it acceptable to send gift registry cards with the invitation? It is not proper to include with your wedding invitation any card that mentions gifts you are expected to receive. Let friends and family spread the word on where you are registered.

Is it correct to use “and family” on invitation envelopes? Yes & no - separate invitations should be sent to adult family members living under the same roof. For small children under the age of 18, address the outer envelope to the parents and write their first names on the inner envelope under their parent’s name. If you are only using an outer envelope address it to the family.

Is it necessary to send a thank you note to someone I have thanked in person? It is considered socially correct to always send a written thank you note even if you have thanked someone in person. A thank you note or card should be sent before within 2 months of the wedding.

Other than family and friends, who should receive wedding invitations? Send wedding invitations to the members of the wedding party and their parents. It is also appropriate to include the officiant and his/her spouse. Plan to order and additional 10 invitations to allow for the unexpected. It is less expensive to buy extras now than after your order.

What are your hours? We are open by appointment only. Call to schedule a visit or have us meet you in the comfort of your own home.

What are your payment options? We accept checks, money orders, cash as well as credit cards.

What date should I put on my reply cards as a response date? The best rule of thumb is to take the date your caterer needs the final count by and add a week to the date. Usually 2 to 3 weeks from the wedding.

What details are required for a consultation?
• A swatch (ribbon, fabric or paper) of your wedding colors
• Date & time
• Grooms middle name
• Number of people attending reception and/or wedding ceremony. Remember that the total number of guests does not necessarily mean it’s the amount of invitations you need. Couples only need 1 invitation
• Parents’ names
• Place (make sure you have the address)

What photo formats do you support? We support jpg, tiff, pdf and bmp

What’s the difference between personalized invitations and custom designed invitations? Personalized invitations come from albums by other wedding stationery vendors that contain many samples of pre-printed invitations. Custom invitations are based on completely new designs from our Design Studio. There are countless options with ink colors, paper and card stocks, folders or pocketfolds, envelopes, ribbons, and assembly styles, sizes and more.

When should baby announcements be ordered? Invitations should be ordered when all of the details of the ceremony and reception have been confirmed. Information such as the date, time and place of your service and reception as well as an accurate guest list are needed when placing your invitation order. If you can, order at least 2 months before the mailing date.

When should the baby announcements be mailed? Invitations should be mailed out approximately 2 weeks after the baby’s birth.

When should my wedding invitations be mailed? Invitations should be mailed out approximately 6 weeks before the ceremony-8 weeks for destination weddings and should be mailed during good weather.
